NAC 365.230    Fuel used to operate vehicle in idle not exempt. ( NRS 365.110 )    The use of motor vehicle
fuel to operate a motor vehicle in idle is not a use which is exempt from the
taxes imposed by NRS 365.170 to 365.210 , inclusive.
