Nev. Admin. Code § 365.153 — 365.153

NAC 365.153    When certain motor vehicle fuel is considered to be exported
fuel. ( NRS 365.110 )    For the purposes of this
chapter, motor vehicle fuel, other than aviation fuel, must be off-loaded in
another state or jurisdiction to be considered exported fuel.
