NAC 362.370    Calculation of net proceeds. ( NRS 360.090 , 362.120 )    The net
proceeds of a geothermal resource must be calculated using the gross yield of
the geothermal resource, as determined pursuant to NRS 362.120 and NAC 362.368 , less the amount of any deduction that is
available pursuant to NRS 362.120
