Nev. Admin. Code § 362.362 — 362.362

NAC 362.362 Repowering defined. ( NRS 360.090 , 362.120 ) Repowering
means to:
1. Remove any inefficient, obsolete or aging
equipment that is used in the production stream of a geothermal resource; and
2. Replace that equipment with any new technology
or equipment that increases or may increase the efficiency of the processing of
the geothermal resource.
