Nev. Admin. Code § 362.356 — 362.356

NAC 362.356    “Plant” defined. ( NRS 360.090 , 362.120 )    “Plant”
means any facility at which the processing of a geothermal resource occurs,
including, without limitation, a plant for generating power.
