NAC 361A.380 Applicability. ( NRS
360.090 , 360.250 , 361A.225 ,
361A.280 ) The
provisions of NAC 361A.310 to 361A.440 , inclusive, apply to the
determination by a county assessor of the taxable value of real property used
as a golf course for the purposes of chapter
361A of NRS.
