NAC 361A.370    “Related improvements” defined. ( NRS
360.090 , 360.250 , 361A.225 )    “Related
improvements” means any improvements to land, other than golfing improvements,
which are used in connection with a golf course, including, without limitation,
clubhouses, pro shops, restaurants, parking lots, swimming pools, tennis
courts, maintenance buildings and areas, and nurseries.
