NAC 361.904    “Installment agreement” defined. ( NRS
361.920 )    “Installment
agreement” means a contract:
1.  Pursuant to which a titleholder
establishes allodial title by the payment of all required installment payments;
and
2.  Which consists of the provisions of an
application for allodial title and an agreement and schedule for installment
payments provided by the State Treasurer.
