Nev. Admin. Code § 361.801 — 361.801

NAC 361.801    “Parcel effective incremental value” defined. ( NRS 361.4733 )    “Parcel effective
incremental value” means:
1.  Except as otherwise provided in
subsection 2, the remainder obtained by subtracting the parcel share of base
value of a parcel or other taxable unit of property from the parcel effective
assessed value of that property; or
2.  If the remainder determined pursuant to
subsection 1 is a negative number, zero.
