NAC 361.731    Transcripts. ( NRS
361.375 )    If
a party wishes to obtain a transcript of any hearing conducted before the State
Board, the party must:
1.  Provide a reporter, if a reporter is not
provided by the State Board for the hearing;
2.  Pay for the transcript or obtain a copy
from the reporter provided by the State Board at the party’s expense; and
3.  Provide a copy of the transcript to the
Secretary, if requested.
