361.375 )
1.  The State Board may, upon good cause
shown, grant a continuance:
(a) To defer a hearing to another day or time; or
(b) To extend the time for a pleading, motion or
other document to be filed or served.
2.  Unless otherwise provided by the State
Board, the Secretary may perform any function of the State Board set forth in
this section.
