NAC 361.669    Reconsideration of order of State Board. ( NRS 361.375 , 361.395 )    The
State Board may reconsider any order issued pursuant to NAC 361.665 in the manner provided in NAC 361.7475 , except that:
1.  A petition for reconsideration must be
filed with the Secretary within 5 business days after the date on which the
order was mailed to the petitioner; and
2.  If the State Board takes no action on the
petition within 10 business days after the date the petition was filed with the
Secretary, the petition shall be deemed to be denied.
