360.090 , 361.4722 )    The provisions of NAC 361.61002 to 361.61038 , inclusive, set forth the
methodology that must be followed to carry out the provisions of subsection 2
of NRS 361.4722 in evaluating
each new parcel for the purposes of applying the partial abatement of taxes
provided by that subsection.
