NAC 361.332    “Load factor” defined. ( NRS
360.090 , 361.320 )    “Load factor” means the
ratio of the average use, during a specified time interval, to the peak use
during the same time interval. It may be calculated on a daily, weekly, monthly
or an annual basis.
