NAC 361.322    “Interest rate” defined. ( NRS
360.090 , 361.320 )    “Interest rate” means a
promised, typically contractual annual percentage rate of interest paid on a
debt such as a mortgage note or a contract. Interest is the cost of borrowing
money.
