Nev. Admin. Code § 361.1405 — 361.1405

NAC 361.1405    “General aircraft” defined. ( NRS
360.090 , 360.250 , 361.260 )    “General
aircraft” means civilian aircraft that is:
1.  Registered with, and has an airworthiness
certificate issued by, the Federal Aviation Administration; and
2.  Operated for a purpose other than the
commercial transportation of passengers or property.
