NAC 360.090    Representation of parties and appearance as expert witness by
former employee of Department or Attorney General’s Office limited. ( NRS 360.090 )
1.  No former employee of the Department or
member of the Attorney General’s staff may, at any time after severing his or
her employment with the Department or the Attorney General, appear, except with
the written permission of the Commission, in a representative capacity on
behalf of other parties in a proceeding in which he or she previously took an
active part as a representative of the Commission or Department.
2.  No former employee of the Department may
at any time after severing his or her employment with the Department, appear,
except, with the written permission of the Commission, as an expert witness on
behalf of other parties in a proceeding in which he or she previously took an
active part in the investigation or preparation as a representative of the
Department.
