NAC 360.060    Meetings and hearings: Conduct required; smoking prohibited. ( NRS 360.090 )
1.  A person appearing in a proceeding shall
conform to the recognized standards of ethical and courteous conduct.
2.  Smoking is prohibited during all meetings
of the Commission and hearings before the hearing officer.
