NAC 360.582    “Website user” defined. ( NRS
360.090 , 360.092 )    “Website user” means a
taxpayer who, by way of providing specific information requested by the
Department through its website registration process, has obtained a username
and password enabling the taxpayer to conduct transactions and access his or
her account information online at https://www.nevadatax.nv.gov/web/ on
the World Wide Web.
