360.090 )
1.  If a transcript of any hearing held
before the Commission or the hearing officer is desired by the petitioner or
appellant, he or she must furnish the reporter, pay for the transcript and
deliver a copy of the transcript to the Director within 20 days after
requesting a rehearing or filing an appeal of the matter.
2.  If a transcript is prepared by the
petitioner or appellant from a tape recording provided by the Department, the
petitioner or appellant must, if he or she wishes to use the transcript in any
subsequent hearing or appeal of the matter, deliver a copy of the transcript to
the Department within the time required by subsection 1.
