NAC 360.570 Permit defined. ( NRS
360.090 , 360.092 ) Permit means one or more
tax licenses or registrations obtained from the Department by completing and
submitting a Nevada Business Registration by mailing or delivering it to the
Department or by completing the Nevada Business Registration online at https://www.nevadatax.nv.gov/web/
on the World Wide Web.
