NAC 360.558    “Automated clearinghouse debit” defined. ( NRS 360.090 , 360.092 )    “Automated
clearinghouse debit” means a transaction in which the Department, through its
designated vendor, originates an automated clearinghouse transaction debiting a
person’s bank account and crediting the bank account of the State for an amount
due.
