NAC 360.556    “Automated clearinghouse credit” defined. ( NRS 360.090 , 360.092 )    “Automated
clearinghouse credit” means an electronic transfer of money cleared through the
ACH system that is generated by a person instructing the person’s bank to
charge his or her bank account and deposit the money in the bank account of the
State.
