NAC 360.176    Presentation of arguments in appellate hearing. ( NRS 360.090 )    In an appellate hearing
before the Commission on a contested case, the order in which argument will
ordinarily be received from the parties is:
1.  The staff will provide a brief
orientation;
2.  The appellant;
3.  Interveners;
4.  The respondent; and
5.  Rebuttal by the appellant.
