NMSA 1978, § 7-1-6.33 — Distribution to county-supported medicaid fund

A distribution pursuant to Section 7-1-6.1 NMSA 1978 shall be made to the county-
supported medicaid fund of the net receipts attributable to the taxes imposed pursuant
to Section 7-20E-18 NMSA 1978.
