Distribution; municipal arterial program of local
governments road fund.
A distribution pursuant to Section 7-1-6.1 NMSA 1978 shall be made to the
municipal arterial program of the local governments road fund created in Section 67-3-
28.2 NMSA 1978 in an amount equal to one and forty-four hundredths percent of the
net receipts attributable to the gasoline tax.
