§ 144.008 RSMo — Nonseverability clause

Notwithstanding the provisions of section 1.140 to the contrary, the provisions of sections 32.087 , 144.020 , 144.021 , 144.069 , 144.071 , 144.440 , 144.450 , 144.455 , 144.525 , 144.610 , 144.613 , and 144.615 , as amended by this act * , shall be nonseverable, and if any provision is for any reason held to be invalid, such decision shall invalidate all of the remaining provisions of sections ** 32.087 , 144.020 , 144.021 , 144.069 , 144.071 , 144.440 , 144.450 , 144.455 , 144.525 , 144.610 , 144.613 , and 144.615 , as amended by this act * .
