§ 143.787 RSMo — Director's duties, forms — rules and regulations, procedure

The director of revenue may prescribe the form and contents of any forms or other documents required by sections 143.782 to 143.788 . The director of revenue shall have the authority to promulgate rules pursuant to this section and chapter 536 in order to carry out the provisions of sections 143.782 to 143.788 . No rule or portion of a rule promulgated under the authority of sections 143.782 to 143.788 shall become effective unless it has been promulgated pursuant to the provisions of section 536.024 .
