§ 141.490 RSMo — Rules of civil procedure in equity cases shall be followed

Except as herein provided, the rules of civil procedure in equity cases, in force at the time when any proceeding is had in the suit, shall be followed in all suits brought pursuant to sections 141.210 to 141.810 .
