§ 140.997 RSMo — Meeting requirements

Except as otherwise provided under state law, the land bank agency meetings shall cause minutes and a record to be kept of all its proceedings. The land bank agency shall be subject to the provisions of chapter 109 , chapter 610 , and any other applicable provisions of law governing public records and public meetings.
