§ 137.1000 RSMo — Title, effective date

Sections 137.1000 to 137.1030 shall be known and may be cited as the "Private Car Ad Valorem Tax Law" and shall, notwithstanding the provisions of sections 137.975 to 137.985 to the contrary, apply to all taxable years beginning on or after January 1, 2000.
