§ 135.523 RSMo — Certification revocation, application misrepresentations

The department may revoke the certification of a Missouri certified capital company if any material representation to the department in connection with the application process proves to have been falsely made or if the application materially violates any requirement established by the department pursuant to sections 135.500 to 135.529 .
