§ 135.430 RSMo — Department of social services, rulemaking authority

The department of social services shall promulgate such rules and regulations, pursuant to chapter 536 and section 660.017 , as are necessary to define and certify target areas as defined in section 135.400 . The department of economic development shall promulgate such rules and regulations, pursuant to chapter 536 and subsection 10 * of section 620.010 as are necessary to implement the provisions of sections 135.400 to 135.440 after a target area has been defined and certified by the department of social services.
