§ 135.339 RSMo — Rules authorized, procedure

The director of revenue, in consultation with the children's division, shall prescribe such rules and regulations necessary to carry out the provisions of sections 135.325 to 135.339 . No rule or portion of a rule promulgated under the authority of sections 135.325 to 135.339 shall become effective unless it has been promulgated pursuant to the provisions of section 536.024 .
