§ 135.262 RSMo — Any area meeting enterprise zone requirements shall be designated as such

In addition to the number of enterprise zones authorized under the provisions of sections 135.206 to 135.260 , the department of economic development shall designate any area that meets all the requirements of section 135.205 as an enterprise zone.
