282.40 CANCELLATION OF INSTALLMENT SALE CONTRACTS BY STATE. The cancellation of any sale by the state of Minnesota under an installment contract of any parcel of land shall be completed pursuant to section 559.21, and all costs, attorney's fees, and other amounts payable by the purchaser thereunder shall be payable to the county.
