274.18 ABSTRACT OF REALTY ASSESSMENT ROLL TO TOWN CLERKS. Once each year, the county auditor shall make out and send to each town clerk in the county who has requested it, a copy or abstract of the latest available real estate assessment roll of the town, as equalized by the county and state boards of equalization.
