MCL 211.667 — Application and construction of act; general purpose

This act shall be applied and construed to effectuate its general purpose to make uniform the law with respect to the subject of this act among states enacting it.

Last amended: History: 1983, Act 102, Imd. Eff. June 30, 1983 Compiler's Notes: Former MCL 211.661 to 211.669, deriving from Act 107 of 1956 and pertaining to uniform federal tax lien registration, were repealed by Act 83 of 1960 and Act 162 of 1967.
