Mich. Admin. Code R 567.4 — Auditor’s compliance with a dministrator’s interpretatio n of law, policy, and

procedures.
Rule 4. When an auditor conducts an examination under a contr act with the administrator,
the auditor shall conduct the examination in compliance with the administrator’s interpretation of
the act, policy, and procedures. Except for nondisclosure agre ement disputes under R 567.11(4),
the person subject to examination may request an interpretation of the act, policy, or procedure
from the administrator for resolution. The administrator will respond to the auditor and the
person subject to examination.
