Rule 65. (1) A hearing before the commission shall be conducted pursuant to 1976
PA 267, MCL 15.261. Hearings regarding revocation or suspension of an assessor's
certification shall be conducted under 1969 PA 306, MCL 24.201.

(2) Hearings shall be conducted informally but shall be recorded. Copies of
recordings of the hearing will be provided upon written request at a fee to be determined
by the commission.
