Mich. Admin. Code R 209.64 — Notice of hearings

Rule 64. When a matter is placed on the calendar for hearing, the
commission's executive secretary shall notify the parties of the time and place of
hearing not less than the required statutory notice period before the day of the
hearing, which shall be not less than 14 days before the day of the hearing.
