Mich. Admin. Code R 209.13 — Transcripts of meetings
Rule 13. (1) The state tax commission shall record the meetings. These
recordings shall not be transcribed.
(2) A party who desires to transcribe a meeting, or portion of a meeting, shall
furnish a copy of the transcript to the commission without cost.
(3) Copies of tapes of the meetings will be provided upon written request and
payment of a fee to be determined by the commission.
