Mich. Admin. Code R 205.3614 — Cross-examination and rebuttal evidence

Rule 614. (1) A party may cross -examine a witness, including the author of a
document prepared by, on behalf of, or for use by, the agency and offered in
evidence.
(2) A party may submit rebuttal evidence.
