Mich. Admin. Code R 205.3609 — Adverse witnesses; interrogation; impeachment

Rule 609. A witness, an adverse party, or an officer, agent, or employee of an
adverse party who appears to be hostile, unwilling, or evasive may be interrogated by
leading questions and may be contradicted and impeached by the party calling the
witness.
