Mich. Admin. Code R 205.3606 — Objections; notation on record; failure to object

Rule 606. An objection to an o ffer of evidence shall be made in a timely manner
and shall state fully the grounds for objection. An objection to evidence shall be noted
in the record. Failure to object to evidence in a timely manner constitutes a waiver of the
right to object.
