conference.
Rule 502. (1) Upon an approved request by a party or upon the presiding officer's
own motion, a prehearing conference may be held. The presiding officer shall notify
the parties of the time, place, and manner of a conference. The initial notice shall
direct the parties to appear or to be available and shall st ate the subjects to be discussed
at the conference.
(2) The presiding officer may require that a conference or any portion of a
conference be recorded.
