Mich. Admin. Code R 205.3402 — Notice of intent to issue order; filing; hearing

Rule 402. Before issuing an order pursuant to R 205.3401, the presiding officer
shall serve a notice of intent to issue the order on the parties. The parties shall ha ve 5
days from the receipt of the notice to file objections to the order.
