Mich. Admin. Code R 205.3314 — Answer to application for intervention; waiver; time for filing

Rule 314. (1) A party to a proceeding may file an answer to an application
for intervention.
(2) Failure of a party to file an answer waives the party's right to object to the
intervention.
(3) An answer shall be filed with the commissioner within 7 days after the date of
service of the application, but not later than 4 days before the date of the hearing. The
presiding officer may set other dates for filing an answer where an application has
been filed late.
(4) An application shall not be granted until all parties have had an opportunity
to object to the intervention.
