Mich. Admin. Code R 205.3306 — Relief sought by motion; disposal by proposal for decision

Rule 306. A ny relief sought by motion that has the result of substa ntially
affecting a significant claim or interest of any party shall be disposed of by proposal for
decision by the presiding officer.
