Mich. Admin. Code R 205.3202 — Time and place for filing appeal

Rule 202. The appeal, in the form and content as provided in these rules, shall
be filed with the commissioner at the commissioner's office in Lansing, Michigan, not
later than 56 da ys after notice of the final determination of the administrator or the
date of the adoption of a rule.
